9 Step Property Investment Process
 
  1. Fill in your details on the bottom of this page and you have an option for Mr. Livanidis or one of his consultants to have a brief chat with you answering all your questions and finding out what you would like to accomplish.

  2. You will have a chat with one of our referred finance specialists if you don't already have your own. Their job is to see if your finance structure is working at its optimum and if there is anyway to save you money in your present situation. From the information you have given them they will tell you how much you can borrow and what your weekly contribution would be if you were to invest in a property.

  3. You will talk with our property specialist who will give you a run down on the properties that will suit your borrowing capacity and cash flow.

  4. You will then book your flight to the Gold Coast or Brisbane. Once your flight is booked we will confirm your appointments with Mr. Livanidis, finance and property specialist (if all are needed).

  5. On your day of arrival to QLD (for the Day or Weekend),
    you will be picked up at the Airport/Hotel and taken to our office where you will meet Mr. Livanidis and have an intense meeting for approx 1 - 2 hours depending on the number of questions you do have. He will also explain how property investment does work and cover all the negative and positive aspects.

  6. If finance isn't already set up for you, you will then sit with the finance specialist and he will spend another 1-2 hours going through your finance structure in detail. He will calculate with different type of properties and explain the difference between investing in a new or old property and what would work best with your financial situation.

  7. Once you have established which type of property and price best suit you, the property specialist will sit down and explain what is available showing you on the map where its location and explain why he believe it is an ideal investment. If you are happy with that, he will then take you around the Gold Coast explaining what was happening as far as future developments are concerned. You will then be taken to see your prospective investment.

  8. Once you are happy to proceed with the investment, you will be are required to give a $500 - $1000 deposit depending whether it is a new or existing investment.

  9. You will have a choice to select your own solicitor or one referred to you to sign all relevant paper work.

    Please note - Many clients do purchase without physical inspection of the investment. They view the property after it is finished and built or after settlement which enables you to claim your travel as a tax deduction.
