- Next Step will be to chat or sit down with a finance specialist. Their job is to see if your finance structure is working at its optimum and if there is a way to save you money in your present situation. From the information you have given them they will tell you how much you can borrow and what your weekly contribution would be if you were to invest in a property.
- Once you know what your borrowing capacity is you will then talk with our property specialist who will select a property for you that will suit your borrowing capacity and cash flow.
Here you have 2 options
A- Select a property with the property specialist and if you agree to go with the property, they will send the paper work to you or your solicitor
before signing.

Or you can then book your flight to the Gold Coast. Once your flight is booked we will confirm your appointments with Mr. Livanidis and property specialist.
- On your day of arrival to QLD.
Our property specialist will pick you up at the Airport/Hotel and then give you a guided tour of the Gold Coast and then to our office where you will meet Mr. Livanidis to discuss your opportunity even further.
- You will then sit with the finance specialist where he will calculate with different type of properties and explain the difference between investing in a new or old property related to your cashflow.
- Once you have established which type of property and price best suit you, the property specialist will sit down and explain the options you do have as far as properties are concerned showing you on the map where its location and explain why he believe it is an ideal investment. You will then be taken to see your prospective investment.
- Once you are happy to proceed with the investment, you will be required to give a $500 - $1000 deposit depending whether it is a new or existing investment.
