One reason why I developed this web site, after so many years in the property investment industry, one place that has always intrigued me, and stood above the rest of Australia, it was the Gold Coast and the Brisbane areas.

The Gold Coast has had great capital growth for many years now and we believe it will continue to grow through the demand from interstate people relocating and also the high number of international investors. At this present moment a lot of money is being invested in property investment especially from countries like Russia, Japan, New Zealand and South Africa.

You can understand why people would love to live and invest on the Gold Coast. It has the best temperature all year round, its weather makes you feel great and alive and it has its beautiful sandy beaches. It was considered as having one of the best beaches in the WORLD. The theme parks, restaurants and the relaxing happy atmosphere, you cannot help but fall in love with it.

Even though its right on our door step international people consider the Gold Coast as a landmark like Hawaii, Monte Carlo and California. Just read some of the reports or blogs from people who have traveled to Australia. You will always find a positive feedback about the Gold Coast and how they would love to return or live there someday.

The advantage we have over International Investors is we can get all the tax benefits when investing and use the property as a holiday home, plus traveling to this wonderful destination becomes a tax deduction.

On one of my many trips to the Gold Coast, I was staying at a beautiful resort and my children and I were playing in the pool. I met a family from England who were supposed to be there for only 5 weeks but the wife loved it so much she had decided that the husband would go back and sell the business and house while she stayed on the Gold Coast with the children and took them to school.

And I asked her "What was the rush”? She replied, “I just love this place so much I don't want to leave. I have lived in England all my life and I have been living in a rut all these years. The weather and the people here are just great so I've decided to stay and my husband can take care of everything back home. And if he wants to stay in England that's his choice".

I couldn't believe how much of an effect the Gold Coast does have on people. But to tell you the truth when I was 22, many years ago now, I fell in love with the Gold Coast also and moved there, which I will go into further detail on my other page "My love for the Gold Coast and Why".
